Natalie Harper had all the right stuff on Thursday for Etowah Eagles Varsity, allowing zero runs and besting Walton by a score of 8-0

Etowah Eagles Varsity notched four runs in the fourth inning. Abby Billings, Alaina Smith, Bri Condon, and Paige Patterson all drove in runs in the frame.

One bright spot for Walton was a single by Emily McGlamry in the second inning.

Harper toed the rubber for Etowah Eagles Varsity. She surrendered zero runs on three hits over five innings, striking out four and walking zero.

Casey Ehlen was on the rubber for Walton. She went four innings, allowing eight runs on 12 hits, striking out one and walking zero.

Etowah Eagles Varsity racked up 12 hits. Condon, Patterson, Billings, and Harper all managed multiple hits for Etowah Eagles Varsity. Harper, Billings, Patterson, and Condon each collected two hits to lead Etowah Eagles Varsity. Etowah Eagles Varsity didn’t commit a single error in the field. Condon had five chances in the field, the most on the team.
